Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; 3–5 years production experience; ERP experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Business Management or equivalent supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff; promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and generate production reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, safety regulations, and ISO procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
