Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Liberty Facility to oversee daily production line operations, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The role mentors and guides a team of about 40 staff and collaborates with maintenance and quality teams to meet customer specifications and production goals.

This on-site, full-time position reports to the department leadership and requires a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two years of proven supervisory experience in process optimization, operations, business management, production, or a related environment.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes appropriately.
• Demonstrated positive attitude and uncompromising regard for quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with and guide others effectively.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, motivate, and monitor team members in a production environment.
• Ability to manage staffing, line coverage, attendance, documentation, and daily production needs.
• Ability to support food safety, quality, safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to maintain production standards related to yields, efficiencies, labor utilization, and customer specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and production needs may change quickly.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to support safe, efficient, and well-organized production.
• Coordinate line work to meet production orders with team members, leads and other departments.
• Maintain quality and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Maintain department performance for efficient use of resources, equipment, and materials.
• Report production-related metrics to the Superintendent.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in materials, processes, lean manufacturing, and total quality management.
• Ensure GMP and HACCP compliance and proper documentation.
