Qualifications

• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools (examples: CNC Mills, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill Turn, CNC Grinder, CNC Swiss)
• Proven Experience in Supervision and Coaching
• Measuring and Monitoring Processes and Implementing Process Improvements
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Production Planning
• Computer literacy – specifically Microsoft Office Suite, MRP System (will train)

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to meet production goals and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Plans, schedules, and allocates parts, machines, and personnel; tracks workflow.
• Monitors process metrics and equipment; drives cost reductions and efficiency.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees; ensures policy compliance.
• Coordinates with departments to ensure material and logistics readiness.
• Maintains production records and responds to production questions and requests.
• Resolves personnel issues by analyzing data and identifying solutions.
