Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead Production Supervisors to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Drive workforce planning, training and succession development.
• Mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
• Foster safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce waste.
• Act as Plant Manager when needed and coordinate with leadership.
