T.O. Plastics, Inc. is hiring a Production Packer for the 1st shift in Otsego, MN. The role involves packing products into shipping cartons, following precise labeling and packaging standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic English proficiency, and solid math skills. Physical tasks include lifting up to 43 pounds multiple times per shift and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or related experience).
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English.
• Basic mathematics including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read weight measurements on a scale and dimension measurements.
• Must be able to lift 43 pounds 60 times per 8 hours, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Pack products or parts into shipping cartons per operating instructions.
• Adhere to order specifications and proper labeling locations.
• Stack pallets with correct skids and stacking methods.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections with basic tools.
• Identify basic quality issues and make accept/reject decisions.
• Complete paperwork and packing slips with accuracy.
