Job summary

T.O. Plastics in Otsego, MN is seeking a Production Packer for 1st shift. You will pack products into shipping cartons, follow order specs, and ensure correct labeling and packaging.

The role runs 1st shift (5:45am–4:00pm, Mon–Thu) with a rate of $19.00–$19.50/hour. Benefits include medical, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more. You must read, write, and speak basic English and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; related experience may substitute.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English for understanding work instructions, labels and quality sheets.
• Basic math and measurement interpretation.
• Willingness to follow leadership and cooperate with team.

Responsibilities

• Pack product or parts into shipping cartons according to instructions.
• Follow order specifications with attention to small details, ensure correct labeling and packaging.
• Stack pallets with proper skids and size.
• Perform basic quality inspections with hand tools.
• Complete packing slips and paperwork accurately.
• Learn to run lines and operate with or without assistance.
• Maintain clean work areas and report unsafe conditions.
