Job summary

T.O. Plastics is seeking a Production Packer on the 1st shift in Otsego, MN. The role involves packing products into cartons, ensuring correct labeling and adherence to specifications, and maintaining accurate packing documentation.

The job requires basic English, HS diploma or GED, and basic math skills. You’ll participate in line operations, perform quality checks, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED and related entry-level experience acceptable.
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English to understand work instructions and labels.
• Strong math skills including counting and basic operations for part totals.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret weights and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Pack products or parts into cartons according to instructions.
• Adhere to order specs, label placement, carton type and liner as required.
• Stack pallets using correct skid sizes and ensure stability.
• Perform basic quality inspections with hand tools and report issues.
• Complete paperwork and packing slips with accuracy.
• Learn to run lines and work with or without supervision.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
