Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Operator in Toledo, OH, for 1st shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with a pay rate of $20.00 – $21.00 per hour. Operate and monitor production equipment, load materials, and ensure quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and standard operating procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment.
• Perform daily startup inspections on machinery and equipment.
• Load raw materials and components into production cells.
• Complete assembly and fabrication tasks using hand and power tools.
• Inspect products for defects and verify quantities and specifications.
• Follow quality standards and documentation procedures for traceability.
