Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a 1st shift Production Mechanic 2 for our Audubon, PA operations. The role involves setting up and tearing down production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all activities on batch records.

You will troubleshoot high-level machine issues and support continual improvement to maximize uptime. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of production mechanic experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a production mechanic, operator or set-up person in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting on production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown production equipment per approved procedures and document on batch records.
• Complete preventative maintenance on production equipment per work orders.
• Respond to production calls for high-level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to minimize downtime and optimize machine utilization.
