Job summary

Tolmar Inc. is seeking a Production Maintenance Tech II for the 1st shift in Windsor, CO. The role focuses on technical support for production equipment, preventive maintenance, and process improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

The candidate will assist senior technicians, train staff on equipment operation and maintenance, and ensure compliance with cGMP and SOP standards while contributing to safe and efficient facility operations.

Qualifications

Ability to manage maintenance operations for assigned shift.
Ability to carry out electrical troubleshooting to root‑cause, mechanical repairs, maintenance and set up of production equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair technical support equipment.
Proficiency in welding and machining preferred.
High mechanical aptitude; analyze mechanics of new projects and troubleshoot devices to restore operation.
Computer skills including Word and Excel.
Ability to work with employees and outside contractors.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support for the maintenance of the Production equipment; performs regular preventive maintenance and repair to improve operational quality.
Maintains equipment and processes; assists with construction, modification and improvement of equipment with others.
Assists Maintenance Tech staff in training and directing Maintenance Tech I staff in equipment operation, set‑ups and repairs.
Assists with training maintenance and production employees on equipment use, maintenance and cleaning.
