In this role you will lead lean initiatives, trouble-shoot production challenges, and ensure accurate reporting. The position emphasizes teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
