Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Knowledge of computer skills required to send and receive emails, use ADP/HRMS, use test operating systems, and other systems to communicate with supervisors or any others within Stratasys.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production team conformance to safety procedures through daily monitoring, documenting of issues and preventative action.
• Ensure product quality requirements are met and that the production team follows all production processes.
• Lead the production team to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
• Escalate production issues cross-functionally per established processes.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Coordinate training and certification of production team and maintain required documentation.
• Work with the production team and cross-functional team members to resolve complex problems and issues.
• Lead the onboarding of new employees in the production team.
• Lead the production team to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.
