Job summary

CareerPros, LLC in Dyersville, IA is seeking a skilled Production Operator/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling components, operating production equipment, and ensuring high quality products.

You will follow documented procedures, handle materials, assist in daily goals, and maintain safe, clean work areas. Training is provided, with the first two weeks at a trainee rate, then $17/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing or production experience helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery including hand tools, both electrical and manual.
• Perform assembly, material handling, and basic machine tasks as directed.
• Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate counts and follow production documentation/instructions.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in accordance with safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues or opportunities.
• Assist team members and flex work in different areas to support daily goals.
