Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• At least 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform manual tasks for duration of shift (standing, walking, bending, lifting, repetitive actions).
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or components to specification.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow procedures.
• Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and maintain quality records.
• Check results for conformance and make corrections.
• Operate power-driven equipment to move material and components.
• Use hand and power tools, testing and runoff equipment, ladders, hoists, fixtures, jigs, and gages.
• Lubricate, check, and clean equipment and tooling.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other duties as needed.
