Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking multiple General Labor Production Associates for a local instrument manufacturer. The role emphasizes precision, detailed assembly, and careful handling of small metal parts in a production line environment.

Hours are 7am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. Pay is $17 per hour, with eligibility for overtime based on production needs and performance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with light machinery and hand/power tools.
• Ability to work with small, intricate metal parts.
• Ability to visualize an assembly and understand how components fit together.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate light machinery and hand tools (drill motor, reamers, sanders, buffers).
• Adjust, assemble and fit small metal parts with high attention to detail.
• Read fractions and decimals accurately for part measurements.
• Use measuring tools and calipers to verify tolerances.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

1st Shift General Labor Production Associate Pro Resources has partnered with a local manufacturer of double reed instruments, and we’re looking for multiple General Labor Production Associates! The ideal candidate would be great with attention to detail and have previous experience with adjusting and toning instruments.

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm, Monday - FridayOvertime possible Pay:$17/hr.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Experience working with light machinery, drill motor, reamers, sanders, buffers, etc.
• Ability to work with small, intricate metal parts
• Ability to grind, bend, shape, and fit
• Competency at performing focused work on small parts with a high level of attention to detail and quality
• Experience using small hand and power tools
• Good manual dexterity and ability to assemble small components
• Experience using measuring tools, calipers, and scale
• Knowledge on how to read fractions and decimals
• Ability to visualize an assembly, and understand how components fit together
• Ability to solder small metal parts using a brazing method with small flame torch
• Perform other tasks and duties as requested by supervisor
