Qualifications

• Associate's degree or HS diploma with 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
• Ability to ensure product is built to specification.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• The Process Technician is an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Adjustments, setup, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training operators to meet production plan safely and efficiently.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation.
• Maintain daily productivity and analyze data.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
