Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to support advanced manufacturing operations for injection molding equipment and systems at our Ohio facility.

The role requires setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of molding processes to sustain peak performance, minimize downtime, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. Candidates with plastic or rubber process experience will be considered, with a minimum of five years in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Injection molding experience in plastic or rubber processes; others considered.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or process technician roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical resource supporting advanced manufacturing operations for injection molding equipment and systems.
• Perform setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of injection molding processes to ensure peak performance.
• Execute mold changes and resolve process issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
