Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating press brake machinery in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery per drawings and specs.
• Select and install tooling; verify settings before production.
• Read blueprints and work orders; measure parts for accuracy.
• Maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy; adjust as needed.
• Monitor production; address quality or equipment issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of press brake equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex ones.
• Document production and quality results accurately.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow safety policies.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity.
