Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience and training preferred.
• Experience in shipping and receiving or quality assurance.
• Ability to learn Warehouse and Production processes.
• Understanding of food industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Perform gluten testing on incoming ingredients.
• Verify Certificates of Analysis for each shipment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged.
• Document and track all shipment inspection activities.
