Innova Solutions in Bohemia, NY 11716 is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a full-time, contract-to-possible-extension role. Shift is onsite, first shift, M-F, 7a-3:30p.

You will build sub-assemblies and final products using raw materials, interpret blueprints, and operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of assembly experience; reading blueprints is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of assembly experience with small tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and final products per blueprints.
• Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools to secure parts.
• Conduct visual checks and log defects with precision instruments.
