Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1st shift in St. Charles, IL. You will lead maintenance mechanics and electricians in predictive maintenance, repairs, and TPM initiatives to keep production lines and facilities running at peak performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment, with ammonia refrigeration and electro-mechanical expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Train and coach staff on methods and safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with Production to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance systems (TPM, SOPs, inventories).
• Provide KPI reporting on maintenance performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with食品/manufacturing regulations and quality standards.
