Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Brookshire, TX is hiring 1st Shift Pipe Yard Associates to support yard operations from 6:00am–2:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime as scheduled.

No college degree required; 1–3 years in warehouse environment and PIT driving experience encouraged. On-the-job training and forklift certifications are provided. The role focuses on accurate picking, material handling, inventory integrity, and teamwork to support Ferguson's nationwide infrastructure

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a Warehouse environment
• PIT (forklift) driving experience preferred
• On-the-job training with forklift certifications provided

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
