Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on production environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle hand and power tools safely.
• Willingness to work a structured shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers and grinders.
• Conduct grinding, sanding, cleaning and polishing of parts.
• Set up machines, handle materials and perform minor maintenance.
• Manage time to balance cleaning time with production tasks.
