Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Hospital Housekeeper for the 1st Shift at City of Hope Lennar Foundation Cancer Center in Irvine, CA. The role is on-site with a start time of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are required. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining patient care areas and common spaces on client premises, following health and safety standards and account-specific guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and other areas.
• Sweeps and vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork, windows, and sills.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes supplies.
