Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full-time Hospital Housekeepers for 3rd Shift at Garfield Medical Center in Monterey Park, CA. Staff clean and maintain patient areas on client premises, following defined safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site with a team; vaccination and post-offer screenings may be required, with benefits and weekend/holiday rotation as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floors; dusts furniture and equipment.
• Washes walls, ceilings, windows and sills; replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal areas and moves equipment between departments.
