Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse/Production Associate for 1st shift in Dallas, TX. You will palletize finished goods, wrap pallets, and load/unload materials for machines such as 227, Alphaliner, and Ferag. You will help maintain quality, safety, and production goals while supporting audits and team activities.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED (preferred) and 0–1 year related experience. Proficiency with a pallet jack and strong English communication are valued in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Paletize finished goods and ensure pallets are wrapped for stability.
• Load, unload, and maintain materials for assigned machine units.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment interfaces and controls.
• Follow safety policies and assist with internal audits as needed.
• Support production goals and quality standards.
