Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Skid Builder in Tulsa, OK. The role involves sorting and stacking pallets, cutting boards, and safely using tools to meet pallet demand. You will operate a Pneumatic Nail Gun, Forklift, and Hand Tools, with a lift requirement of up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in wood manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with wood building concepts and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must communicate well verbally.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Sort and stack pallets according to department requirements.
• Cleanup work area during and at the end of each shift.
• Cut and stack boards to proper length.
• Follow metric system and use tape measure.
• Operate Pneumatic Nail Gun, Forklift and Hand Tools safely.
• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
