Trillium Staffing in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a trainable Paint Shop Assistant to learn industrial paint prep, painting, and sandblasting while supporting shop and warehouse duties.

Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years in an industrial setting or painting experience; forklift and hand/power tool experience is a plus. This is a contract-to-hire, first shift opportunity with pay in the $20-$24 per hour range.

Qualificações

• 1-2+ years in an industrial or shop environment.
• Previous painting experience is a plus.
• Able to multi-task and take on new duties.
• Forklift experience is desirable.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Learn industrial paint prep, painting, and sandblasting processes.
• Assist with masking, caulking, and sanding tasks.
• Prepare raw materials for work orders and wrap finished products for shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Support general shop and warehouse duties as needed.
