Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related manufacturing, production, inspection, packaging, or material‑handling experience preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, job orders, safety information, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect painted parts and ensure quality before release.
• Count parts and verify quantities against job orders and ERP records.
• Package, label, and stage completed parts per customer and company requirements.
• Use ERP system to retrieve job info and print labels and docs.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Communicate quality or quantity concerns to supervisors or team members.
