Responsibilities

• Assist with various production assignments and cross-train between departments.
• Assist with make-readies and inspect finished products.
• Assist machine operators in maintaining required production levels, including throughput and OEE goals.
• Place products onto flat skids, into cartons, or into appropriate packaging.
• Pack wholesale units into cartons.
• Feed blanks and pack products into cartons.
• Stack completed cartons onto pallets safely and efficiently.
• Maintain specified production rates and follow established work procedures.
• Follow the company's Quality System, including preflight inspections, checking products for accuracy and quality, and following sampling plans.
• Identify and remove salvage or spoiled products.
• Use approved guides, shop samples, and other quality-control methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize good safety practices at all times.
• Perform other duties and assignments as needed.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 1st Shift
