Job summary

Welch Packaging in Kentucky is hiring a production worker to join our manufacturing team. Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, you will follow strict safety procedures and quality processes to meet targeted build rates.

You will participate in assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, labeling and taping boxes, ensuring the product is built to exact specifications with 100% accuracy while maintaining a clean, organized work area and collaborating with teammates to guarantee on-time

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies.

Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes and hitting our targeted build rates.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
