Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking reliable individuals to join a local 1st shift production team. The role involves assembling, labeling, and packaging products, with emphasis on accuracy and speed. Overtime is required on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift 10–40 lbs. Prior production or food service experience is helpful but not mandatory. The team emphasizes quality and efficient, on-time shipments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort, count, weigh, wipe, cap, and fill boxes with product
• Apply labels to containers and wrap products manually or with machinery
• Unpack and feed bottles into production lines
• Inspect products for quality (fill levels, caps, labels)
• Load machines, monitor production, unload finished goods
• Pack boxes and prepare orders for shipment
• Palletize finished products and move with a pallet jack
• Assist with additional duties to ensure timely shipments

General Production

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a local production team on 1st shift. This role is essential to ensuring products are filled, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining quality standards.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm $16.00/hour

• Overtime Required on Fridays 6:00am-4:30pm and Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort, count, weigh, wipe, cap, and fill boxes with product

• Apply labels to containers and wrap products manually or using semi-automatic machinery

• Unpack and feed bottles into production lines

• Inspect products for quality (proper fill levels, tight caps, straight labels)

• Load machines, monitor production processes, and unload finished goods

• Pack boxes and prepare orders for shipment

• Palletize finished products and transport them using a pallet jack to staging or distribution areas

• Assist with additional duties to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Walking up many flights of stairs

• Frequent twisting, bending, and lifting (10-40 lbs intermittently)

• Ability to work in a production environment using tools such as box cutters, tape dispensers, and filling equipment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor processes

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or food service is a plus but not required
