Job summary

Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a 1st Shift Outside Shipper at our Ellsworth Facility. This full-time manual labor role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime as required.

The candidate will safely load products onto trailers, handle outdoor work in all weather, and maintain accurate paperwork while adhering to safety protocols. Preferred candidates will have forklift experience, strong communication, and a mechanical background, with a readiness to adapt to

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is preferred.
• Good organization and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Safely load GP product on a variety of trailers.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Maintain paperwork accuracy.
• Be able to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Be mechanically inclined and open to change.
• Follow Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
