Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities for the Rollforming Operator 5 include but are not limited to:

• Prioritize safety by demonstrating the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Understand and follow departmental policies regarding production, inventory, quality, and training.
• Train on and operate multiple types of metal forming equipment, including threaders, coaters, folders, slitters, and brake presses.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure teamwork and a productive work environment.
• Obtain certification on the 7.5T or Dual Hoist Crane and stand-up forklift within 6 months if not already certified.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Rollforming Supervisor.
• Understand and adhere to the Rollforming Schedule to meet customer delivery requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Rollforming operations and equipment.
