Job summary

Vrc Es is seeking workers for the manual operation of injection molding machines, finishing and trimming parts, basic inspection, and final assembly. You will follow quality standards and safety policies while supporting production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and is suitable for candidates with prior manufacturing or assembly experience. Strong attention to detail and reading work instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement tools.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing and trimming of parts.
• Inspect basic parts for quality issues.

Job description

Starting Wage: $20.00- $24.00 per hour DOE + shift differential

Shift Differential:

• 2nd shift: $1.00 per hour
• 3rd shift: $2.00 per hour

Work Hours:

• 2nd shift: Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11 PM
• 3rd shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:30 PM to 7AM

This position is responsible for the manual operation of injection molding machines, finishing and trimming of parts, basic part inspection for quality issues, and assembling final product, while complying with quality standards.

In this role, you would be responsible for the following:

• Performing finishing and trimming of parts
• Inspecting basic parts for quality issues.
• Assembling final products according to quality standards
• Comply with all safety procedures and policies established.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement tools
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
