Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc is seeking a 1st Shift Injection Molding Operator to operate injection molding machines, ensure product quality, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

This full-time role on a Monday-Thursday shift (6:00 AM-4:00 PM) offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour, along with medical/vision insurance, an HSA, paid time off and holiday pay, plus opportunities for advancement and skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines.
