Woodward is seeking a 1st shift production teammate in Florida to operate and support multiple product lines. You will follow documented procedures, log operations, and conduct quality inspections while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Understands and follows basic technical instructions and SOPs.
• Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and safe use of hand tools and equipment.
• Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow.

Responsibilities

• Produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observe and record key process variables; log daily operations and escalate concerns.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify product quality and maintain data per standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and 5S compliant; store and maintain tools properly.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements to promote a safe environment.
