13 Woodward Florida, Inc. is seeking an Assembler - Operations Technician for a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m. start).

The role requires following SOPs, assembling products with precision, and maintaining clean, organized workstations in a Lean, collaborative setting. Qualifications

• Understand and follow SOPs and basic technical instructions.
• Identify gap-to-standard and escalate per standard processes.
• Use hand tools safely; perform basic equipment setups.
• Maintain 5S and keep workstations clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures to produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Support full product line in various processes and capacities.
• Observe and record key process variables for quality control.
• Log daily operations and resolve or escalate concerns.
• Follow established guidelines to store and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
