Wage is $21.00–$24.00 per hour with a 1st shift 7:00am–3:00pm. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining production records. On-the-job training is provided for machine operation and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry materials.
• Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 20–25 lbs.
• Ability to repeatedly load and unload parts from machines.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive tasks and operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2-3 machines at a time while meeting daily production goals.
• Load and unload parts from machines.
• Wash, barcode, and properly handle finished parts.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Retrieve materials and parts using an electric pallet jack.
• Handle parts weighing up to 20–25 lbs.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Receive training on machine operation, programming, and recordkeeping.
