Alleguard is seeking a 1st Shift Mold Operator to coordinate molding processes and ensure products meet specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Pay is 20.00 USD/hr. The role involves operating molds, loading and stacking, performing minor maintenance, and using computer software to document production while maintaining inventory accuracy and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and forklift certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product production.
• Excellent math and reading skills.
• Ability to work productivity with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Have appropriate computer software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding processes to produce finished products.
• Mold logs, weigh, cut, and orient product for shipping.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Operate with computer software during tasks.
• Assist with loading boxes and pallet stacking.
• Supply grind bags to proper sources and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Routinely perform overtime as required.

Position: 1st Shift Mold Operator

Job Summary

The mold operator coordinates all functions of molding products into final configuration and orientation.

Pay: 20.00 USD/hr

Responsibilities

• Processes finish product
• Molds logs
• Weights, cuts, shape product into appropriate orientation for shipping final product.
• Performs minor equipment maintenance.
• Performs related tasks with computer software.
• Assists with loading boxes
• Assists with pallet stacking
• Supply grind bags to proper sources.
• Assess quality of finish product.
• Maintains accurate inventory of logs.
• Performs routine housekeeping as required.
• Assist in related department activities and perform related duties, as required.
• Routinely performs overtime without extended notice.

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Monday through Friday
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
