Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 2nd Shift Mold Operator in Mishawaka, IN. The role coordinates all functions of molding products into their final configuration and orientation, with a pay rate of $22.00 USD/hr. The schedule runs 2:30 pm - 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday, with flex hours based on production needs.

• Molds logs.
• Weights, cuts, and shapes product for shipping the final product.
• Performs minor equipment maintenance.
• Operates related computer software.
• Assists with loading boxes.
• Assists with pallet stacking.
• Supplies grind bags to proper sources.
• Assesses quality of finished products.
• Maintains inventory of logs.
• Performs routine housekeeping as required.
• Assists in related department activities and duties as needed.
• Routinely works overtime as required.

Position: 2nd Shift Mold Operator

Job Summary

The mold operator coordinates all functions of molding products into final configuration and orientation.

Pay: $22.00 USD/hr

Responsibilities

• Processes finish product
• Molds logs
• Weights, cuts, shape product into appropriate orientation for shipping final product.
• Performs minor equipment maintenance.
• Performs related tasks with computer software.
• Assists with loading boxes
• Assists with pallet stacking
• Supply grind bags to proper sources.
• Assess quality of finish product.
• Maintains accurate inventory of logs.
• Performs routine housekeeping as required.
• Assist in related department activities and perform related duties, as required.
• Routinely performs overtime without extended notice.

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Monday through Thursday
• 2:30 pm - 1:00 am
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
