Job summary

Alleguard in Monticello, AR is hiring for a 1st Shift Utility to help maintain cut tables, run glue and poly machines, label and package materials, and run grinders. The role offers a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:00pm, with a pay rate of $14 USD/hr.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine tasks and material needs.
• Record units handled on production sheets.
• Attach identifying tags to containers.

• Understand environmental aspects and impacts of activities.
• Follow Environmental and Safety programs and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position: 1st Shift Utility

Job Summary

Help maintain cut tables, run glue and poly machines. Label and package materials along with running grinders.

Pay: $14 USD/hr

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area. Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies and practices.
• Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
• Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
• Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities.
• Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
• Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Monday through Friday
• 7am – 3:00pm
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
