Job summary

United Alloy is seeking a production worker to prep and assemble fabricated components in line with customer quality requirements and our manufacturing philosophies. The role emphasizes performance, quality, organization, and efficiency to meet production goals.

Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm with overtime as needed. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, operate cranes, and handle lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspects product according to Inspections Control Plan.
• Tags material and product per specifications.
• Identifies hardware components used in assemblies.
• Computes decimal equivalents and interchange fractions.
• Counts and records production activity (picking, transfers).
• Follows written and verbal directions to complete tasks.
• Cross-trains with paint department.
• Other duties as assigned.
