Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of CBRF medication administration training.
• Strong observation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Review ISPs and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Provide ADL support and assist residents with daily activities.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure safe storage and disposal of meds.
