Job summary

The assembler will perform mechanical/electrical assembly tasks, work from production drawings, and follow ISO 9001 quality-system requirements while maintaining production schedules and collaborating with shop leads.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or related experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with common hand tools and accurate assembly references.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components to completion per drawings and work instructions.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and fabrication prints.
• Perform product assembly according to instructions with safety and quality in mind.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Work with production schedules and communicate issues to leadership.
• Assist others and contribute to shop organization and ISO 9001 procedures.
