Inside the Role
This position is responsible for stocking and picking engine components and parts by way of the established remanufacturing process to then be sent to the engine assembly lines to complete the engine build process.
Responsibilities
- Stock and pick engine parts for S60, MBE, MDEG, OCM’s, and HDEP engine builds.
- Operate forklift, hoist, hand tools, hand truck, and picker.
- Use Navision for parts movement, data entry, and research locations of parts and part numbers.
- Maintain accurate data entry records and adhere to work rotation plans.
- Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process, including drawings, bills of materials, and specification sheets.
- Actively participate in safety, quality, attendance, productivity, suggestion activities, housekeeping, and throughput improvements.
- Complete training matrix for each rotation position and read and understand Work Station Instructions.
- Perform other tasks and/or duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Must be capable of repetitive hand manipulation, grasping, and supporting power tools.
- Must be able to stand on concrete for the entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (option to use hoist).
- Ability to work in a repetitive motion environment.
- Read, understand, and complete documentation.
- Willingness to cross‑train throughout the area.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating.
- Must maintain a clean work area and meet quality standards.
- Exceptional candidates might have previous experience in a manufacturing (automotive/trucking) environment, prior mechanical experience, or higher education beyond high school.

- Starting pay of $19.55/hr, up to $27.59/hr with quarter‑gainsharing bonus potential and shift differential.

Location & Schedule
Location: Byesville, OH. The position is open only to applicants who can work in or relocate to this location. Relocation assistance is not available.
