Aerotek is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker/Material Handler in Mukwonago, WI. You will coordinate material flow between the Assembly and Coating departments, walk the warehouse to gather and deliver components, and safely move items using pallet jacks and RF scanners.

The role involves inventory transactions and potential forklift operation after direct hire. Expect a stable daytime schedule with opportunities to grow within a production-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to use pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic inventory processes and procedures.
• Comfort using RF scanning devices to track and manage inventory.
• Ability to perform inventory adjustments in computer systems with attention to detail.
• Capability to conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary liaison between the Assembly and Coating departments by coordinating the flow of materials between both areas.
• Walk between departments throughout the shift to gather, deliver, and organize materials and components as needed.
• Use pallet jacks to safely move pallets and materials around the warehouse and production areas.
• Operate RF scanners to track materials, perform scans, and update inventory records accurately.
• Perform inventory adjustments in computer systems to maintain accurate stock levels and support production needs.
• Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while handling materials and equipment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines when handling materials and operating equipment.
• Learn and potentially operate forklifts after being hired on a direct basis, following proper training and certification requirements.
