Job summary

Super Products is seeking a Warehouse Worker at our Mukwonago, WI facility. You will load, unload, and move materials, and maintain inventory accuracy while collaborating with production staff to ensure efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a licensed forklift operator or the ability to obtain one, and knowledge of lean principles. Overtime and weekend work may be required; safety gear is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles preferred.
• Knowledge of "point of use" inventory, the use of "pull" systems, and NPD processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fills work orders and distributes items to production workers.
• Operates forklift or manually unloads materials to/from pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Receives materials into the inventory management system and places them properly.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and conducts weekly MRD audits.
• Works on projects to improve visual reorder points for MRD materials.
• Updates expedite communications boards during the day.
• Collaborates with production staff to ensure non-conforming materials are identified and processed timely.
