Job summary

PTA Plastics in Niwot, CO is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler (6:30am-3:00pm) to move, stage, and replenish materials across the plant. You will support production flow and maintain inventory accuracy by recording transactions in ERP systems.

Responsibilities include delivering raw materials and components, preparing and staging materials for runs, assisting with receiving, and safely operating forklifts and other equipment in a PPE-equipped environment. OSHA training support available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer or scanner experience with inventory systems (ERP).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, resins, packaging to production areas per job requirements.
• Transport finished goods to staging or storage locations and assist in loading shipments.
• Replenish work cells and machines with materials to minimize downtime.
• Record material transactions accurately using ERP or inventory systems.
