Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Materials Handler for the 1st shift to receive, store, and deliver materials to production lines. This role supports inventory accuracy, safety, and efficient order fulfillment by working with ERP Epicor and operating a forklift.

You will perform cycle counts, manage the materials queue, pull parts for production and customer orders, pack and load shipments, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a warehouse/shipping role.
• Forklift experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good data entry and math skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping/receiving, check in products, and match purchase orders.
• File requests for stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Manage materials queue in Epicor.
• Maintain safe, accessible warehouse.
• Pull parts for production and customer orders using Sales Order Pick List.
• Package orders to prevent shipping damage.
• Load/unload trucks with materials.
• Label, wrap, and strap items for shipping.
• Inventory, organize, and label warehouse items.
• Clean work area daily.
